Handyman:

Responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including drywall work, painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and more. They must be able to diagnose problems, order and purchase materials, use and maintain tools and equipment, provide excellent customer service, and keep accurate records.

Requirements:

• Basic skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting and general maintenance

• Minimum of 2 years working in the field

• Attention to detail

• Good time management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Physical fitness: Must be able to lift a minimum of 45 pounds, able to stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions

Carpenter:

Responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints, measuring and cutting materials, installing structures, finishing surfaces, repairing or replacing damaged structures, communicating with clients, ensuring safety regulations are followed, maintaining tools and equipment, providing guidance to apprentices, and continuously learning new techniques and technologies in the carpentry field.

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 2 years of working in the field

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, measuring and cutting wood and other materials, using hand and power tools, and working with different types of fasteners and adhesives

• Attention to detail

• Physical fitness: Must be able to lift a minimum of 45 pounds, able to stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Safety awareness

• Valid drivers license

General Laborer (Entry Level):

Responsible for performing manual tasks such as loading and unloading materials, handling power tools, cleaning work areas, assisting skilled workers, and following safety protocols. They are responsible for ensuring that work sites are safe, efficient, and well-maintained. Other responsibilities may include digging trenches, moving heavy objects, assembling and disassembling equipment, and providing general support to the team as needed.

Requirements:

• Basic skills in reading, writing, and math to understand safety instructions, follow basic directions, and complete basic paperwork

• Basic understanding of safety procedures and regulations

• Attention to detail

• Valid driver’s license
